About Grease Trap Service Pro
Grease Trap Service Pro pumps and cleans grease traps and interceptors for restaurants, schools, churches, hospitals and food plants across Greater Houston. Every visit follows the same standard: pump the unit completely, scrape the walls and baffles, check the fittings and lids, and leave a manifest and a short condition report.
Local rules, not one-size schedules
Houston and each of its neighboring cities set their own grease requirements, and some areas are served by utility districts with rules of their own. We schedule each kitchen to the requirement that applies at its address or to how fast its trap actually fills, whichever comes first.
Clear records
Inspectors look for proof of service, so every visit includes the date, gallons removed, the condition of the unit and the manifest number. If we see something that needs repair, it goes in the report so you can deal with it before an inspection.

What types of kitchens do you service?
Restaurants, bars, bakeries, school and church kitchens, hospitals, senior living communities, hotels, food plants and commissaries across the Houston area.
Do you handle both small traps and large interceptors?
Yes. We service under-sink traps of 20 gallons or so as well as in-ground interceptors holding thousands of gallons.
Will you tell us if our trap needs repairs?
Yes. Cracked lids, broken baffles, damaged fittings and signs of stormwater inflow all go into your condition report.
