What to have ready

It helps to know the type of unit (indoor trap or outdoor interceptor), its size if marked, where it is located, when it was last serviced and any access details such as gate codes, loading docks or parking limits. If you don't know some of this, that's fine; we'll work it out on the first visit.

Overflows and backups

If grease or wastewater is backing up into your kitchen, call right away and stop running water to the affected sinks. Overflow calls get the earliest available window.

Common questions

What's the best way to schedule service?

Call us. We'll confirm the time, location, unit type and any access details in one conversation.

Do I need to know my trap's size before calling?

No. If it isn't marked, we'll measure it during the first visit and record the capacity for future service.

Can I book recurring service on the same call?

Yes. Once we know how fast your unit fills, we can set up a recurring schedule that keeps you ahead of your local requirement.

What should I do while waiting for an emergency visit?

Stop running water to the affected sinks and dishwasher, keep staff away from any spill and avoid pouring chemicals into the drain.
